Jalen Milroe Wins 2024 Campbell Trophy

Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe has won the 2024 William V. Campbell Trophy, an award recognizing the best combination of academic success, football performance, and leadership. Announced at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, he is the second player from Alabama to receive this honor, following Barrett Jones in 2012. Milroe graduated cum laude in December 2023 with a 3.52 GPA and is set to complete his master's degree in sport management. Throughout his career, he has amassed 77 total touchdowns and has been a key player in leading Alabama to two College Football Playoff appearances. Alongside the trophy, he receives a $25,000 postgraduate scholarship and has been actively engaged in community service initiatives. Milroe's achievements also include multiple selections to the SEC Academic Honor Roll and representation at significant student-athlete leadership meetings.
