Maryland Driver Indicted for Fatal Crash Involving Vikings Rookie Khyree Jackson

Cori Clingman has been indicted on 13 counts, including vehicular manslaughter and DUI, following a July 6 crash that killed Minnesota Vikings rookie Khyree Jackson and two of his former high school teammates, Isaiah Hazel and Anthony Lytton Jr. The incident occurred in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, shortly after 3 a.m. when Clingman, driving an Infiniti Q50, attempted to change lanes and collided with the Dodge Charger carrying the victims. Jackson and Hazel died at the scene, while Lytton succumbed to his injuries at a hospital. State's Attorney Aisha Braveboy emphasized the tragedy's impact on the community and called for justice for the victims' families. Clingman faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted, and a bond review is scheduled following her arrest.
