R&B singer Trey Songz, born Tremaine Neverson, has reached a confidential settlement to resolve a 2018 sexual assault lawsuit filed by Jauhara Jeffries, who accused him of non-consensually penetrating her with his fingers at Miami's E11even nightclub on New Year’s Eve. The civil case, seeking over $20 million in damages and also naming the nightclub for allegedly serving Songz alcohol despite his substance abuse history, was set to go to trial in October 2025 but was dismissed following the settlement, with the court reserving jurisdiction to enforce the agreement.
