St. Louis Blues forward Dylan Holloway was hospitalized after being struck in the neck by a puck, shot by Tampa Bay's Nick Paul, during a game against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The incident occurred late in the first period, and despite finishing his shift, Holloway began showing signs of distress on the bench. Medical staff attended to him and transported him on a stretcher to a local hospital. The Blues announced that Holloway was alert, in stable condition, and expected to make a full recovery with his airway unobstructed. The game paused briefly and resumed with the Blues securing a 3-2 victory. Holloway, in his first season with the Blues, has scored four goals and two assists in 12 games this season.
