Jerell Lynch, a 27-year-old kidnapping suspect, was arrested following a six-hour standoff with authorities in Jackson, Mississippi. The U.S. Marshals Task Force, along with a SWAT team and hostage negotiators, attempted to serve an arrest warrant at Lynch's apartment in The Pearl at Highland Village.
