Mangan's coaching career began in 2019 at Fleetwood Town, and he has since worked at Bristol Rovers and Stockport, helping the latter achieve a strong start in League One. With more than 300 playing appearances across the lower tiers of English football, Mangan brings valuable experience to Madrid's backroom team.
