Welsh cyclist Stephen Williams, riding for Israel - Premier Tech, made history by winning the 2024 Tour of Britain, becoming the first Welshman to secure this title in the modern era and the first Brit to win since 2016. He completed the race in 21 hours, 25 minutes, and 14 seconds, finishing 16 seconds ahead of Oscar Onley from Team DSM-Firmenich PostNL.
