This milestone was reached following the grand opening of the new Hard Rock facility on November 14, which attracted over 58,000 guests during its first four days and over 100,000 total visitors by the end of the month. The casino's slot machines generated $15.5 million in revenue, a significant increase from the previous record, while table games contributed $2.56 million, falling short of prior highs. The record performance also resulted in a gaming tax revenue of $3.25 million for Bristol, eclipsing the previous record of $2.92 million.
