Targeted Terror Attack Injures Multiple at Boulder Rally

Several individuals were injured, some possibly set on fire, during a targeted terror attack at a pro-Israel rally in Boulder, Colorado, according to police and FBI officials. The incident occurred at the Pearl Street Mall, where demonstrators had gathered to call for the release of hostages held in Gaza. A middle-aged man, described as shirtless and screaming while throwing Molotov cocktails, was taken into custody without incident. Boulder Police Chief Steve Redfearn stated it was too early to determine a motive, but the FBI has classified the attack as a targeted terror act. Colorado Governor Jared Polis condemned the violence as a hate-filled act amid a recent rise in antisemitic violence in the U.S. Authorities continue to investigate the attack, which prompted evacuation of several blocks in the popular pedestrian area.
