Over 40,000 Sign Petition Opposing Bayeux Tapestry Loan to Britain

A petition launched by French art historian Didier Rykner has gathered over 40,000 signatures urging President Emmanuel Macron to cancel the planned loan of the Bayeux Tapestry to the British Museum between 2026 and 2027.
