In Aurora, a fire left a single-family home uninhabitable, with the cause still under investigation. Meanwhile, a house fire in Omaha resulted in nearly $200,000 in damage and displaced residents. In Homestead, a townhouse fire critically injured one person, who was airlifted to a hospital, with the cause still under investigation. Additionally, fires in Kansas City and Walthourville displaced families but reported no injuries.
