Peacock Sets September Premiere for 'The Paper'

'The Paper', a spinoff of 'The Office' created by Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, will premiere on Peacock on September 4, 2025, with a four-episode debut and two new episodes every Thursday through September 25. The mockumentary follows the documentary crew from 'The Office' as they turn their focus to revitalizing a historic Midwestern newspaper. The cast includes Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, Tim Key, and returning 'Office' alum Oscar Nuñez. Executive producers include Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, Howard Klein, and Ben Silverman. The entire 10-episode season will be released in less than a month, marking a shift from the traditional weekly rollout and sparking discussion among fans.
