Colombian Hitwoman 'The Doll' Arrested in Murders

Karen Julieth Ojeda Rodriguez, a 23-year-old Colombian woman known as 'La Muñeca' or 'The Doll,' has been arrested in connection with multiple murders, including that of her ex-boyfriend. She was reportedly a key figure in the Los de la M gang, orchestrating high-profile assassinations in the Barrancabermeja region. Her ex-boyfriend, Deyvy Jesus, was allegedly killed in a planned ambush after she lured him to a meeting under the pretense of resolving a money dispute. Rodriguez's arrest, alongside accomplices Paula Valentina Joya Rueda and 'Leopoldo,' involved the seizure of firearms, which are under investigation for links to the murders. Authorities highlight her arrest as a significant step in dismantling the gang's operations, aiming to restore calm in the affected regions. The charges against Rodriguez and her accomplices have yet to be formally announced.
