Soto-Munet, 29, from Harrisburg, faces multiple charges of sexual assault after allegedly abusing two juvenile males in Berks County and secretly filming them with a hidden camera. The investigation by Berks County Detectives identified the victims, and Soto-Munet was arrested and is being held on $200,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing on February 7.
