Recent Powerball drawings have produced several notable winners across the United States. In New York, three third-prize tickets worth $50,000 each were sold in Derby, Newburgh, and Niagara Falls for the Sept. 16 drawing, matching four white balls and the Powerball number 17. A similar $50,000 prize was won in Arizona from a ticket sold in Casa Grande, and another in Maryland from a ticket sold at Tucker's Liquor in Clinton. Additionally, Arkansas saw a $1 million winner in Springdale, while a $2 million winner emerged in Texas. The current Powerball jackpot has rolled over to an estimated $176 million for the next drawing.
