Michele Morrone Joins Cast of The Housemaid

Italian actor Michele Morrone, known for his role in '365 Days', has been cast as Enzo, the Italian landscaper, in Lionsgate's upcoming film adaptation of Freida McFadden's thriller 'The Housemaid'. The film, directed by Paul Feig, stars Sydney Sweeney as Millie and Amanda Seyfried as Nina, focusing on Millie's unsettling experiences as a housemaid for a wealthy couple. Morrone expressed a personal connection to his character, having worked as a landscaper in Italy before his acting career. The film is based on McFadden's bestselling novel and is set to explore dark secrets within the Winchester household. Alongside Morrone, the cast includes Brandon Sklenar as Andrew, Nina's husband. Production is overseen by Lionsgate, with Sweeney and Seyfried also serving as executive producers.
