Arctic air mass brings dangerously cold wind chills

Similarly, the Appleton and Green Bay areas are bracing for dangerously cold wind chills, with predictions of minus 29 on Tuesday morning. Sioux Falls will also experience significant temperature drops, with subzero wind chills forecasted as early as Saturday. The National Weather Service is issuing warnings for frostbite risks due to the severe wind chills expected across these regions. Recovery to milder temperatures is anticipated by midweek, providing some relief from the extreme cold.
