Glenn Maxwell Ruled Out Of NZ T20Is

Australia all-rounder Glenn Maxwell fractured his wrist/forearm after being struck by a Mitchell Owen hit while bowling in the nets at Mount Maunganui and has been ruled out of this week’s three T20Is against New Zealand at the Bay Oval. He will return to Australia for specialist assessment and has been replaced in the squad for the Bay Oval matches by batter–wicketkeeper Josh Philippe.
