The Senna Tower, poised to become the world's tallest residential building at over 500 meters, is set to be constructed in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil, surpassing New York's Central Park Tower, which stands at 472 meters. Developed by FG Empreendimentos at a cost of approximately £415 million, the skyscraper is scheduled for launch in late 2024 and will feature 228 units, including luxurious suspended mansions and penthouses. Designed by Ayrton Senna's niece, Lalalli Senna, the tower aims to symbolize the journey of overcoming challenges, reflecting the late driver's legacy as a three-time F1 world champion who died tragically in 1994. The project has received necessary environmental and government approvals, incorporating private leisure spaces and a rooftop area. Lalalli describes the Senna Tower as a monumental work of art that inspires individuals to express their potential and transcend limitations. This ambitious development is a co-branding initiative with Marca Senna, honoring the iconic racer’s influence in sports and culture.
