Concurrently, in the Philippines, celebrity advocates Cheska and Kendra Kramer are promoting dialogue on cervical cancer awareness as part of their advocacy efforts. In Hertfordshire, a report highlighted the need to improve cervical screening uptake, currently at 71%, below the national standard of 80%. Additionally, Karkinos Manipur Cancer Institute conducted a cervical cancer screening program in Imphal, focusing on early detection and health education, with significant participation from the local community. The program successfully screened women living with HIV/AIDS and helped create health IDs for attendees, promoting access to essential health services.
