Make-A-Wish Sends 19 Families to Super Bowl LIX

Make-A-Wish Foundation, in partnership with Fanatics and the NFL, granted 19 families from across the country an unforgettable Super Bowl LIX experience in New Orleans. Among the participants were wish kids like 16-year-old Gabriel Garcia, who has recently battled cancer, and 13-year-old liver transplant recipient Ayden Zwick. The families enjoyed a host of activities including a welcome party, a behind-the-scenes tour of Caesars Superdome, and VIP access at the NFL Honors event. Additionally, they participated in the inaugural Super Bowl Host Committee Parade and received shopping sprees for exclusive merchandise. Leslie Motter, president of Make-A-Wish America, emphasized the importance of creating cherished memories for families facing unimaginable challenges. This initiative marks a significant milestone in Make-A-Wish's 45-year history of granting wishes, particularly in sports-related events.
