Fortnite Hosts Largest Star Wars Crossover Event

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3, called Galactic Battle, launches on May 2, 2025, bringing the game's largest Star Wars crossover to date. The season features unlockable characters such as Emperor Palpatine, Poe Dameron, General Grievous, Captain Phasma, Mace Windu, and Darth Jar Jar, plus new Star Wars-themed map areas like Resistance and First Order Bases. Players can pilot X-Wings and TIE Fighters, participate in horde-style battles with blasters and lightsabers, and enjoy special modes including a Lego Fortnite Star Wars festival and Rocket League crossover. For the first time, Fortnite will exclusively premiere two episodes of the Disney+ series 'Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld' in-game before their streaming release, rewarding viewers with an Asajj Ventress Loading Screen. Themed cosmetics, including a free First Order Stormtrooper skin, are available by linking Epic and Disney accounts. Weekly updates are planned throughout the limited 35-day season.
