Laurence Fox Charged by Police for Upskirting Photo

Laurence Fox has been charged by the Metropolitan Police with a sexual offence under Section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, after allegedly posting an upskirting photo of TV personality Narinder Kaur on social media in April 2024. The image, taken without Kaur's consent in 2009, was shared on Fox's X account reportedly after an online political argument. Kaur, who has publicly expressed feeling 'violated, humiliated and degraded', reported the incident, sparking an 11-month investigation. Fox is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 24, 2024, and could face up to two years in prison and placement on the Sex Offenders Register if convicted. This charge follows Fox's controversial history, including being fired from GB News for sexist remarks.
