Michigan Man Sentenced for Child Exploitation

Richard Anthony Reyna Densmore, a 47-year-old from Kaleva, Michigan, has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for his involvement in a child exploitation network known as 764, which targets vulnerable children online. Densmore, who operated under the alias 'Rabid,' was found guilty of sexually exploiting minors, coercing them into self-harm, and sharing explicit content. The group he was part of aims to normalize child pornography and exploitative behavior, posing a severe threat to society, according to U.S. Attorney Mark Totten and FBI Director Christopher Wray. Densmore's actions included creating chat rooms to recruit children, pressuring them into harmful acts, and capturing their abuse on video. This case highlights the dangers posed by such online networks and emphasizes the need for parental vigilance in monitoring children's online activities. Densmore's defense acknowledged his guilt and mental health struggles, but the court deemed him a significant danger to children.
