Josh Allen Wears, Auctions Nine Hats Designed by Children for Buffalo Hospital

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, serving as New Era Cap's "Director of Billustration," is wearing nine unique hats designed by pediatric patients from Buffalo’s Oishei Children’s Hospital during each home game of the 2025 NFL season. These hats, customized by children including five-year-old Jaxson who has Myotonic Dystrophy, highlight resilience and creativity while supporting the Patricia Allen Fund, established in honor of Allen’s late grandmother. After each game, Allen signs and authenticates the hats, which are then auctioned with all proceeds benefiting Oishei Children’s Hospital's critical care teams. The initiative has already raised significant funds, with Jaxson’s Week 1 hat auction reaching over $17,000, underscoring the community impact of the campaign. Additionally, Wegmans is partnering by selling limited-edition "Josh Allen MVP Puffs" cereal, with part of the proceeds also supporting the hospital. Through these efforts, Allen is using his platform to blend sports, art, and charity, spotlighting young patients and their stories during the NFL season.
