The company filed to hire nearly 500 workers via the H-1B visa program in the first half of 2025, indicating robust growth in its tech teams. Meanwhile, Costco is also building its tech capabilities with plans for new tech hubs and continued hiring in software development and data science, offering salaries ranging from $130,000 to $215,000, although at a smaller scale compared to Uber.
