Brent Vigen Wins 2024 Eddie Robinson Award

Brent Vigen, head coach of Montana State University (MSU) football, has been named the 2024 Eddie Robinson Award winner, recognizing him as the top coach in FCS football. He is the first coach in MSU history to receive this honor, leading the team to a historic 12-0 regular season and the No. 1 seed in the FCS playoffs. Vigen's impressive 44-9 record over four seasons marks the best start in Big Sky Conference history, with his teams achieving at least 12 wins in three of those years. The Bobcats are currently the only unbeaten team in FCS and aim for the national championship after being recognized as the Big Sky conference champions. Vigen will receive the award at the Stats Perform FCS National Awards Banquet on January 4 in Texas, hoping to lead his team to victory shortly thereafter.
