Marching Bands Participate in London Parades

Several high school and university marching bands from the U.S. are set to perform in London’s New Year’s Day Parade, showcasing their talents to a global audience. The Desert Mountain High School Band from Arizona will participate for the sixth time, joining approximately 8,000 entrants in an event expected to attract over 500,000 spectators. The Normal Marching Band from Illinois will also perform, featuring a routine inspired by the musical 'Wicked' and will be seen by over a million people. Additionally, the Shenandoah University Marching Band, formed just three years ago, will make its international debut in the parade, promising a significant experience for its members.
