Sheetz Opens 800 Stores Across Mid-Atlantic

Sheetz, a prominent Mid-Atlantic restaurant and convenience chain, celebrated the grand opening of its 800th store in Raleigh, North Carolina, marking a major milestone in its expansion. To commemorate the event, Sheetz offered customers two free hot dogs with any purchase from August 28 through September 2 at all 800 locations, available via the Sheetz app. The company, which employs over 26,000 people across seven states, is aiming to reach 1,000 stores by 2028 and has recently expanded into markets such as Dayton, Detroit, Cincinnati, and Toledo. Sheetz has also invested in a $169 million food preparation and distribution center in Findlay, Ohio, to support its growth. CEO Travis Sheetz expressed gratitude for employee dedication and customer loyalty, emphasizing the brand's commitment to creating quality jobs and being a positive force in its communities.
