NYC Office Shooting Kills Blackstone Exec, Three Others

Wesley LePatner, a prominent Blackstone executive, Yale graduate, and former Goldman Sachs executive who led Blackstone’s $53 billion Real Estate Income Trust, was among four people killed in a mass shooting at 345 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The gunman, 27-year-old Shane Tamura, entered the building housing Blackstone and the NFL, opened fire, and then fatally shot himself.
