Mick McDermott Appointed Cobh Ramblers Manager

Michael McDermott has been appointed as the new head coach of Cobh Ramblers FC, replacing Paul Hunt after an eighth-place finish in the League of Ireland First Division. McDermott, a Belfast native with extensive coaching experience, has previously worked with national teams in Iran and Qatar under renowned coach Carlos Queiroz and has managed at club level, including a successful stint at Glentoran FC. He expressed excitement about building a talented squad and contributing to the Cobh community, highlighting the unique culture of the club.
