In Anchorage, 57-year-old Fred Mosquito became the 15th pedestrian death this year after being hit by a Jeep, with no charges filed against the driver. Meanwhile, in Nashville, a 22-year-old identified as Austin S. David was killed after being struck by multiple vehicles on Interstate 40, with investigators still seeking information about the incident. Additionally, Frank Santomauro, a 71-year-old man, was killed by an SUV in Howell, New Jersey. These incidents highlight ongoing concerns regarding pedestrian safety and traffic regulations in various regions.
