Roglic Wins Fourth Vuelta a Espana Title
Primoz Roglic of Red Bull-Bora Hansgrohe secured his fourth Vuelta a Espana title, finishing two minutes and 26 seconds ahead of Ben O'Connor in the overall standings. Roglic equaled the record set by Spanish cyclist Roberto Heras. Eddie Dunbar of Team Jayco Alula won the penultimate stage, his second stage win in this year's race, by holding off Enric Mas and Roglic on the final climb to Picón Blanco. Dunbar's win moved him to 11th in the general classification. The final 24.6km time trial in Madrid saw Swiss rider Stefan Kung take the stage victory. Roglic's dominance in the race was further solidified with his consistent performance across stages.
