Bills Stage First-Ever Whiteout; Punter Injured

Buffalo will debut its all-white “Cold Front” Nike Rivalries uniforms Sunday night in a primetime matchup against the New England Patriots and is staging the franchise’s first-ever whiteout, asking Bills Mafia to wear white from head to toe. The team will hand out white rally towels and transform Highmark Stadium with all-white padding, flags and décor to create a playoff-like atmosphere. The Rivalries program, created by Nike and the NFL, includes newly designed helmets, jerseys and pants and will be showcased with fan experiences at the Billevard, including a photo frame and a virtual uniform try-on. Local partner Wegmans is selling Rivalries-themed limited-edition products tied to the event. The 4-0 Bills hope the spectacle will boost home-field energy and complement Josh Allen’s MVP-caliber start, though they face a special-teams setback after punter Cameron Johnston suffered a knee injury and will be sidelined for weeks.
