Guardians Actors Voice Robots in New Superman Film
James Gunn, director of the upcoming Superman film, has confirmed that Guardians of the Galaxy actors Pom Klementieff, Bradley Cooper, and Michael Rooker provide voices for Kryptonian robots assisting Superman in the Fortress of Solitude. Alan Tudyk also voices one of these robots, and Nathan Fillion appears as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern in the film. Earlier speculation that Bradley Cooper might portray Jor-El has been clarified, with Cooper confirmed as a robot voice. Gunn has expressed openness to casting more Guardians stars, such as Zoe Saldaña and Dave Bautista, in future DC projects. These casting choices reflect Gunn's preference for collaborating with actors from his previous films, generating crossover excitement between Marvel and DC fans. Superman is scheduled for theatrical release on July 11.
