Military, PM, Balochistan CM Vow Ruthless Action Against Terrorism After Jaffar Express Attack

In response to the recent hijacking of the Jaffar Express train, Pakistani military and political leaders have vowed to intensify actions against terrorism, particularly those linked to India's alleged support for such activities. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed the government's zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism at a high-level security conference, emphasizing national unity against these threats. Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti condemned the attack, highlighting the need for decisive action against those who undermine state authority and calling for a comprehensive approach to security in the region. Despite the military's rescue operation that freed many hostages, Bugti insisted that the state has yet to fully confront the ongoing threat of terrorism in Balochistan.
