JinJu Patisserie Wins Third Consecutive Portland Honor

JinJu Patisserie in Portland has been awarded the national Outstanding Bakery title at the 2025 James Beard Awards, marking the third straight year a Portland business has earned a major national honor from the organization. Co-owners Kyurim 'Q' Lee and Jin Caldwell, both seasoned pastry chefs with Seoul roots and Las Vegas experience, expressed deep gratitude to their Portland community and team at the Chicago ceremony.
