Disney Sets 2026 Date for Prada Sequel

Disney has set 'The Devil Wears Prada 2' for release on May 1, 2026, after 'Avengers: Doomsday' was delayed to December. The film is based on Lauren Weisberger’s novel and will be directed by David Frankel with a script by Aline Brosh McKenna. Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt are expected to return, but official casting confirmations for them, Anne Hathaway, or Stanley Tucci have not been announced, though Tucci has expressed enthusiasm.
