Ravens Release Justin Tucker Amid NFL Sexual Misconduct Investigation

Tucker, a highly decorated kicker with records for longest field goal and highest career field goal percentage, was released amid an NFL investigation into allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior by 16 Baltimore-area massage therapists dating back to 2012. Despite the serious nature of these allegations, Harbaugh and the Ravens characterized the move as a football decision, citing Tucker's career-worst performance in the 2024 season and the need to have a reliable kicker ready for the team's first game. The Ravens drafted kicker Tyler Loop in April and are currently conducting a competition for the kicking position during offseason activities. Tucker has consistently denied all allegations, calling them "unequivocally false."
