Usman Tariq's Action Questioned Again in PSL 10
Quetta Gladiators' spinner Usman Tariq has been reported for a suspect bowling action for the second consecutive Pakistan Super League (PSL) season during a match against Lahore Qalandars. Umpires Ahsan Raza and Chris Brown flagged his action, which features a pause and side-arm delivery, during the 79-run defeat at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. According to PSL regulations, Tariq can continue to bowl unless he is reported again, at which point he will require clearance from an ICC-accredited lab to resume. Previously, Tariq was reported in the ninth PSL edition but was cleared five days later at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore. The incident has raised questions about the legality of Tariq's bowling technique and its impact on his career. Meanwhile, the Gladiators struggled in the match, being bowled out for 140 runs in response to Lahore's 219/6.
