74-Year-Old Man Critically Wounded in Chicago Shooting

A 74-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting on Monday morning in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago. The incident occurred around 9 a.m. as he exited his vehicle in the 2000 block of West Berteau Avenue, where two gunmen opened fire, hitting him twice in the left arm and grazing his neck. The victim was rushed to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition. As of now, no arrests have been made, and police have established a perimeter in the area while searching for the suspects.
