PartyNextDoor Launches Immersive Fortnite Concert From Toronto to Miami

R&B star PartyNextDoor is launching an immersive concert experience in Fortnite on August 1 at 1 p.m. ET, featuring a custom-designed island inspired by his creative vision. The event begins atop Toronto’s CN Tower and includes a virtual jet ride to South Beach, culminating in an exclusive afterparty at a digital recreation of Miami’s LIV nightclub. Players can engage in interactive activities such as scavenger hunts, mini-games, and parkour challenges while enjoying stylized live performances by PartyNextDoor’s avatar, including songs like “Break from Toronto,” “Make It To The Morning,” and “Somebody Loves Me.” Developed in partnership with Sony Music Entertainment, Sony Immersive Music Studios, and OVO Sound, the experience blends virtual travel, interactive gameplay, and high-energy music. PartyNextDoor, a longtime Fortnite fan and the first artist signed to Drake’s OVO Sound label, said creating this world was a natural fit. This event continues Fortnite’s tradition of hosting major music-driven experiences, following artists like Ariana Grande, Travis Scott, and Marshmello.
