Meanwhile, the Old Falcon Inn in St Neots is set for redevelopment into 14 homes and two commercial units, following support from local councillors. The historic 15th-century inn has been empty for two decades and is seen as a key element in revitalizing the Market Square. Despite some objections regarding flood risks, the proposal aims to preserve the inn's historic aspects while addressing community concerns over its deterioration.
