Everson Griffen Arrested for Probation Violations

Former Minnesota Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen was arrested and booked into Hennepin County Jail on Saturday night for alleged probation violations stemming from his 2024 DWI conviction. According to court records, Griffen failed to comply with random drug testing, did not abstain from drugs or alcohol, and did not follow other probation instructions, leading to a warrant for his arrest. The probation is part of a plea deal for a DWI case in which he received a stayed one-year sentence, 60 days in jail, and four years of probation.
