Sling TV Launches Day, Weekend, Week Passes for Flexible Streaming

Sling TV has introduced new flexible subscription options allowing customers to purchase access for a single day, a weekend, or a full week, starting at $4.99 for a Day Pass, $9.99 for a Weekend Pass, and $14.99 for a Week Pass. These passes provide access to Sling Orange, which includes over 30 channels such as ESPN, Disney Channel, CNN, and HGTV, catering especially to sports fans and families who want live sports or entertainment without committing to a full monthly subscription. The new offerings are designed to address the pain point of long-term contracts, enabling viewers to watch major sports events, award shows, or TV series on their own schedule. Customers can also add extra channel packages for an additional daily fee, enhancing the flexibility of the service. While Sling TV does not currently include CBS stations in its base offering, viewers can access CBS content through a premium add-on via Paramount+. This initiative reflects Sling TV’s ongoing strategy to innovate in the streaming market and offer more cost-effective, user-controlled viewing options.
