Volvo ES90 to Debut with Nvidia Tech

Volvo is set to unveil its most technologically advanced electric vehicle, the ES90, on March 5. This flagship sedan features a dual Nvidia Drive AGX Orin configuration, making it Volvo's most powerful car in terms of core computing capacity, capable of 508 trillion operations per second. This computing power will enable advanced AI-based safety features, enhanced battery management, and over-the-air software updates to continuously improve the car's capabilities. The ES90 will share the SPA2 platform with the EX90, and boasts a comprehensive array of sensors for safety and autonomous driving aids. Designed to be a "software-defined car," the ES90 reflects Volvo's commitment to a future of connected and safer vehicles. With a starting price estimated between $70,000 to $80,000, the ES90 represents a significant step in Volvo’s electric transition.
