Akhil Shrivastava Named CFO of Estée Lauder

Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has appointed Akhil Shrivastava as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, succeeding Tracey Travis, who will retire on June 30, 2025. Shrivastava, who joined ELC in 2015 and has held several senior finance roles, including Senior VP, Corporate Controller, will oversee global finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and new business development. ELC President and CEO Fabrizio Freda praised Shrivastava's extensive financial and strategic expertise, emphasizing his role in driving sustainable profitability and sales growth. The company is undergoing a restructuring plan, which Shrivastava will be instrumental in implementing. He previously spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble, honing his leadership skills across various regions. Shrivastava's compensation includes a base salary of $900,000 and a potential bonus of $1 million.
