All In Capital Launches ₹200 Cr Fund II, Plans 50 Startup Investments
All In Capital has launched its second venture capital fund with a target corpus of ₹200 crore, which can expand to ₹300 crore with a greenshoe option. The fund has already reached its first close at ₹85 crore, attracting investments from notable family offices in India and abroad. With a focus on sectors such as consumer tech, deeptech, fintech, and consumer brands, All In Capital aims to invest in 50 startups over the next three years, providing initial investments of up to ₹5 crore as well as follow-on funding for successful ventures. The firm’s first fund, launched in 2022, supported 51 startups and has nearly completed its capital deployment. Founding Partner Kushal Bhagia expressed optimism about India's entrepreneurial landscape, highlighting a surge in young entrepreneurs staying in the country to build impactful businesses. Additionally, the firm offers a founder-support platform designed to help portfolio companies scale effectively through mentorship and access to a broad investor network.
