Gucci Launches Holiday Installation in Miami

Gucci has launched a festive snow globe installation at Sweet Bird North Plaza in Miami’s Design District, celebrating its travel-centric heritage and founder Guccio Gucci's early career as a hotel porter. The display, open until January 7, features iconic luggage pieces and animated replicas of significant Gucci landmarks like Palazzo Gucci in Florence and flagship stores in Paris and London. Alongside this installation, American artist Corydon Cowansage has created a series of vibrant murals that blend abstraction and figuration, drawing inspiration from pioneering women artists. This festive showcase coincides with Miami Art Basel, where Cowansage's work will also be featured. Additionally, the façade of Palazzo Gucci in Florence has been illuminated as part of the holiday festivities, continuing the brand's global celebration until January 17.
