Multiple hospitals across the United States have received top 'A' grades from The Leapfrog Group for their commitment to patient safety. Endeavor Health hospitals in Illinois, including Edward Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital, were recognized for their consistent excellence, with Elmhurst maintaining a straight-A streak since the program's inception in 2012. Similarly, six RWJBarnabas Health facilities in New Jersey achieved an 'A' rating, with RWJUH Somerset making notable improvements. Duke University Health System's hospitals also received 'A' scores, representing a significant achievement in a competitive national landscape. Keck Hospital in Los Angeles earned its ninth 'A' grade since 2019, reflecting its rigorous safety protocols.
